Together in Christ

Their story didn’t start with sparks or instant connection. In fact, they were just strangers who crossed paths — unnoticed, unbothered. But even then, God was already moving. They met at Bible school. Just a smile, a quick “hi,” nothing more. They weren’t close. They weren’t even friends. But as time went on, God made a way for their hearts to meet — not by chance, but by His plan. Later, they became ministry partners. They worked together in church, served as a team, and slowly, something changed. What started as teamwork turned into friendship. And from friendship, love began to grow — a love centered on Christ. On March 16, 2017, their relationship officially started. At first, everything was sweet and full of joy. But like every real love story, challenges came. There were tests of love, of faithfulness, and even of distance. There were seasons of pause, of waiting, and of growing separately. But their story didn’t break — it only got stronger. God used those times to prepare their hearts. He shaped them through the ups and downs so they would be ready for this very moment. This love story isn’t perfect — and they know they don’t deserve it. But that’s the beauty of it. They are not here because of their own strength, but because of the grace of Christ. Today, as they stand before family, friends, and God, they celebrate not just a relationship, but a testimony. A testimony of how God can bring two hearts together, build a love that lasts, and write a story far better than what they could have written on their own.
