What kind of attire should we wear?

Answer

This is a formal affair, but not black tie. Please be conservative but comfortable! remember for ladies footwear, the ceremony will be on the grass!

Question

My invitation was only for me, it did not include my child(ren)?

Answer

The formal invitation will be sent out in March 2021 and will be addressed to you and a plus one if available. if your Invitation does not include a plus one, your attendance is requested alone. Due to limited seating, we are unable to extend the invitation to guests and children who are not named. We hope that you see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy an adult evening of #FIREWORKSANDVOWS.

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We would like to ask all guests to please refrain from cell phone usage, including pictures and video during our ceremony. We have experts there to capture these moments and we wouldn't want you to miss anything through the lenses of a camera or cell phone.

While we hope that our company alone is enough to keep you entertained! We wanted to let you all know that we will be serving complimentary alcoholic beverages during our cocktail hour following the ceremony and there will be a cash bar available during the reception for guests to enjoy.

We do have a room block set up at the Embassy Suites where the wedding is being held. Please contact the hotel and ask for the Pienta/Orosco room block rate. COVID-19: A. What if there is a restriction for events in place? B. Face masks, are they required?

Answer

A. We will notify you individually if there are any changes and the hotel will also accommodate any possible changes due to the pandemic. B. It is unclear at this time if facemasks will be required. We will provide disposable masks and hand sanitizer for our guests as needed.
