When should I RSVP by?

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited. "Mr. & Mrs." if only your and your significant other have been invited.

What’s a money dance?

Answer

A money dance, is a long-standing wedding tradition in which men/women pay to briefly dance with the bride, and men/women pay to briefly dance with the groom. So, bring those bills to participate in our money dance!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guest to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and a tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please note the ceremony take place on grass and reception hour will take place on gravel, so choose your footwear accordingly! Please no jeans or sneakers! We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories & creams.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will includes {Your name} + {Guest} .

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

No. Our reception will be held 2 miles south of our ceremony site, J Wrigley Vineyards. For those not wishing to walk, we strongly recommend carpooling, using Lyft, or renting a car. Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photo and video were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything!
