Imagine life as a music spread sheet and God is at the grand piano. As God flows in a perfect harmony, this melody echoes in our hearts longing to be in one accord with Him. Our testimony begins in 2014 at Gompers Preparatory Academy during a job interview. As im babbling at best to boast about my abilities to land this position, in storms this hurricane of a women going off about Lord knows what to my soon to be boss. The look on my face can paint a picture of audacity. As "the climate" exits the room I hear an apology followed by "oh thats Ms. Ortiz, shes the dance instructor here at Encore, you will be partnered with her in the computer lab". Recieving the realizations of being hired and who im partnered with were competing with eachother. Our friendship grew while music played as a "wingman". Laughs and authentic care for one another gathered momentum like a building brigde to a chorus. But relationships built not upon Jesus Christ is bound to be uprooted. And that's exactly what happend. God's hands began to separate on the Grand piano from left to right playing two sperate melodies that sing the songs of our seasons. Tuning our hearts, minds and souls. Adjusting the tension of strings, replacing strings, healing strings, revealing why God is first. Octave after octave, season after season planted all thruout this time God would captivate our wonder simultaneously with the numbers 619. The tuning continued and we were compelled to reached out and link up. Attending two different churches simultaneously we both were reading a Christian relationship book, John Eldridge's "Wild at Heart" & Stasi Eldridge's "Captivating". Coincidences in the Kingdom of God. Graced with countless signs and wonders and confirmation we reunite! Growing in the Lord from glory to glory and faith to faith, the closer we are with God, the closer we are to eachother. 1 John 4:16 says "And we have known and believed the love that God has for us.
