Waterfront Park
Spanning nearly 10 acres and located less than a mile north of The Battery, Waterfront Park has become a beloved Charleston fixture since opening in May 1990. It is home to one of the city's most photographed sites: the pineapple fountain.
Charleston City Market

Rainbow Row
One of Charleston's most iconic points of interest, Rainbow Row comprises more than a dozen brightly painted historic homes perched along The Battery's East Bay Street, near Waterfront Park. Dating back to the mid-1700s, the structures hold an important place in Charleston's history. After the Civil War, the previously dilapidated area underwent a significant revitalization, starting with the homes of Rainbow Row.
King Street
King Street boasts some of the city's trendiest restaurants and sophisticated cocktail scenes along with hotels, art galleries, flourishing businesses, and lively nightlife - not to mention some seriously exceptional shopping. U.S. News and World Report named King Street one of the country's "Top 10 Shopping Streets." When walking through the middle of the Charleston peninsula, its wide, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, chic boutiques, antique shops, three-story brick and buildings, and central location make it easy to see why King Street is an unforgettable dining and shopping experience.
Magnolias
Ranked # 1 Restaurant in Our Book- You NEED to try this southern staple when visiting. Reservations in advance are highly recommended (no joke, a couple months in advance). Best Fried Green Tomatoes in the city!
Le Farfalle
We stumbled across this beautiful Italian restaurant on a walk our first time in Charleston together. We are so glad we did. Fresh pastas, homemade focaccia bread, steaks- this is a must visit! Reservations are recommended in advance.
Citrus Club
Located inside the Dewberry Hotel, this rooftop bar is a must visit for drinks and a view like no other.

Patriots Point
Home of the USS YORKTOWN aircraft carrier, Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum is South Carolina’s largest museum. Located along the Charleston harbor in Mt. Pleasant, SC, this one-of-a-kind museum includes three Navy vessels, 28 historic aircraft, and an immersive 2.5-acre Vietnam Experience that tells the story of the Vietnam War using advanced technology. The museum is also home to the Medal of Honor Museum.
