Is there a dress code?

Officially the dress code is cocktail attire - that being said, the most important thing is that you come ready to dance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes (within reason)! As someone who has been recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, the bride is particularly sympathetic.

Are kids welcome?

We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and dance the night away!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all in the same building. There is ample parking available, and we will also have a shuttle between the Clarion Hotel and the venue. Please see the "Parking Info" section above for more information.

Yes! We're registered with Zola and Amazon.

Can I bring a date?

While we would love to see EVERYONE, due to limited space at the venue, please do not plan on bringing a guest unless specified on your invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the Clarion Hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle to the Venue: The shuttle will arrive at the Clarion Hotel at 4:05 PM and depart promptly at 4:15 PM. The shuttle only holds 25 people. Shuttle back to the Clarion Hotel: The shuttle returning to the hotel can hold up to 50 people. The shuttle will arrive at the venue at 11:15 PM. If you plan to take the shuttle, please fill out the Shuttle RSVP form in your email. Additionally, Uber and Lyft are generally available.
