Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony (4:45 PM or earlier) in order to find parking and walk to the Na Lea Terrace on the second floor of the hotel.
There is self-parking with validation as well as valet options at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Hotel. The parking is located on a one-way street: from Kuhio Ave. you have to turn onto Uluniu Ave. towards the ocean. Self-parking will be on the left and valet parking will be on the right. The reception is located at the Makai Ballroom on the same side of the street as the self-parking garage. We recommend walking or getting an uber/taxi for our guests that are staying in Waikiki.
We did not reserve any room blocks at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki as we wanted to allow guests to choose their accommodations. There are many hotel and airbnb options within Waikiki that are walking distance or a short uber/taxi ride away with flexibility in pricing.
Our preferred dress code is semi-formal: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or dress pants/blouse for ladies and suits or slacks with dress shirt/aloha shirt for gentlemen. Any colored attire is welcome (but please no all white clothing) and the wedding theme colors are light pink and sage should you wish to coordinate.
Dinner will be a hawaiian fusion buffet style. We are doing a hosted/open bar that includes soft drinks, cocktails, beer, and wine.
Being able to celebrate with us on our wedding day is the most valuable gift. However if you wish to provide a gift in another way, we will gratefully accept a contribution towards our honeymoon fund.
