Most major airports have direct flights to Cancun. Hotel shuttles are available for the 45 minute ride.

Airport Transfer

Private airport transport for the 45 minute ride is available through the resort. We had a great experience using their transportation shuttle and highly recommend it! Your driver will wait at the airport exit holding a sign with your name. After meeting, you’ll take an air conditioned shuttle that goes directly to the resort. The cost is $175 round trip per van (8 person max capacity). The cost does not change based on the amount of people in the van.

The Reef Coco Beach Resort & Spa

Reservations are available for the following 5 nights: Thursday 6/19, Friday 6/20, Saturday 6/21, Sunday 6/22, Monday 6/23 We recommend booking early as this is a small resort. A deposit equal to one night of your stay is required at the time of booking. Room rates average $180/night per couple for a premium room. *THERE IS A 5TH NIGHT FREE SPECIAL* We suggest booking a premium room, if possible, as it includes access to additional areas of the resort. Guests under 13 are considered children and guests under 4 are free. Feel free to stay as long as you’d like! A 3 night minimum booking is required for the discounted rate, so we recommend staying at least Friday night through Monday morning. We anticipate most guests will arrive Thursday and leave Monday morning but please do whatever works best for you. Please use the "View" link below to book a room under our group rates. 1. When you click the "view" link above a calendar will open for June 2025. NOTE: Our group code "KARAMARK" should already be filled in. The rates will adjust to our group rate on step 6. 2. Select the dates you would like to stay at the resort on the calendar 3. Underneath the calendar select "Hotel Only" unless you would like to purchase a flight package. 4. Directly underneath the "Hotel Only" button, ensure the guest and room count are correct. 5. Click "Next Step" 6. Select the room type you would like. We suggest premium rooms. Please read under the resort tab for more information on room types. 7. Scroll down and click select under "Kara & Mark's Wedding - Special All-Inclusive Rates" 8. Choose any add-ons you would like, then click next step 9. Enter your information and complete your booking!
