What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in formal attire - think suits or tuxedos and long dresses. Spring colors and patterns, including pastels, florals, or brighter hues, are welcome but not required.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More between 2:30 PM - 2:50 PM. Keep in mind that Friday afternoon traffic in Arlington can cause travel times to vary significantly.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, March 15, 2026.

Is there a hotel block reserved?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved hotel blocks at several hotels in the area. Additional information can be found on the "Travel" tab above.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues, with no permits or time limits. At the Cathedral of St. Thomas More, there is a large lot located behind the church - you can't miss it! At 2941 Restaurant, follow the signs labeled "2941" as you approach to arrive at the parking lot.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Guests should plan to arrange their own transportation to, between, and from the venues. Car rental and rideshare services are readily available in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please indicate food allergies and dietary restrictions on your RSVP. If you have already submitted your RSVP, please reach out to Joanna and Mark, and we will alert the team.

Will the reception be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we plan to be outdoors on the paved terrace for the cocktail hour before moving inside for dinner and dancing! We will send a weather update a few days prior, so you can prepare accordingly.
