ARE YOU CANCELING YOUR WEDDING?

Answer

The health and safety of our loved ones are our top priority. With that in mind we have decided to cancel our original wedding plans at Waterworks in Philadelphia. We will be moving forward with an intimate wedding at the Wallace Family home. All guests can expect to hear from us via mail soon.

WILL FACE MASKS BE REQUIRED?

Answer

We will be providing masks for all guests at the ceremony. If you are taking the shuttle to/from the hotel a mask will be required to ride. We ask that all guests and vendors follow the mask guidelines provided by the CDC and state of Pennsylvania: https://www.health.pa.gov/topics/disease/coronavirus/Pages/Guidance/Universal-Masking-FAQ.aspx

HOW WILL SOCIAL DISTANCING BE MAINTAINED?

Answer

The entire wedding event will be outside at the bride's parents' home. The reception tent is large to accommodate additional space for guest seating both at and between tables. As we finalize layouts, we will update with specific distances between tables. Being optimistic that it will be a fair weather day the tent's sides will be open to allow for adequate ventilation. In the case of inclement weather tent siding will be strategic and an internal heating system will generate ventilation.

SHOULD I GET TESTED BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Answer

Yes, we are asking that all guests receive a negative COVID-19 test prior to attending the wedding. We will not be collecting results, but ask that you use the honor system to respect our wishes. We are doing everything we can to keep our event safe. Additionally, we understand that getting tested may not be ideal for some people and completely understand if you choose not to attend. If you have been exposed to COVID or are experiencing COVID symptoms the week before the wedding we ask that you please stay home.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOUR VENDORS TAKING?

Answer

All vendors will be required to wear a mask throughout the wedding. Depending on personal preference they may wear additional precautionary gear. Additionally, they will be performing self-wellness checks leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Any signs or symptoms of illness and they will not attend.

Answer

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL?

Answer

Nope! Stay wherever your heart desires. Have relatives/friends close by? Cool, stay there! Find a Air BnB that works better for you? Fine with us! Feel more comfortable staying at home? We're here for it! We want you to enjoy your time, so please do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

WILL THERE BE PARKING?

Answer

Yes, there will be a valet at the Wallace home for help with parking. Additionally, we are looking into setting up a shuttle from the hotel.
