We're gettING MARRIED!

We were getting ready to leave for Mark's 'Bye-week' in San Diego. We were busy packing up all of our things and preparing for the drive. Mark suggested that we go for a walk to tire the dogs out before we left. We decided to go out behind our house in the Red Rock Conservation Area. He asked me where you could see the strip from and I mentioned a few different spots. I thought we were just going for a quick walk so I didn't understand why he was asking. Half way through the walk he suggested I give the dogs a treat (because he wanted them there when he asked). I gave them their treats and they of course took off running right away! As soon as they took off, I started walking again. Mark grabbed the back of my pants and stopped me which I remember thinking was weird. He announced that he had a question to ask me. He proceeded to get down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I actually said, "No, no, no, no, no, are you serious?!" about ten times before actually saying YES! It was the most perfect proposal with just us and our pups in a place we visit almost daily on our walks. It will forever serve as the best memory in a very special place.
