Their friendship runs deeper than just friends — it’s like family, a bond of blood, more like brothers than anything else. Fun fact: that first party sparked a lifelong connection that has only grown stronger ever since. Now Gunner is stuck with Mark forever

Katie is from North Potomac, MD and met Grace during college at St. Mary’s College of Maryland. They really bonded during their senior year in college through COVID craziness, Hawkettes, and Grace pretty much living in Katie’s townhouse (#Boone 1). Fun fact: Grace learned how to season her refried beans when Katie made her rice and beans for lunch. Grace is now stuck with Katie forever.

Joey is from Windsor, California and met Grace at St. Mary’s College of Maryland during their freshman orientation. We survived sunrise crew practices at 5:30 (what were we thinking??), many Shrek and Step Up movie marathons and I luckily had the honor of witnessing Grace’s iconic bald cap moment (a core memory for sure). We’ve been chaos and comfort in equal measure ever since. Can’t be more excited to stand next to her on her and Mark's wedding day.

Jackie immediately loved Grace and introduced her to the friend group, which she fit into perfectly. These two girls have both studied and partied hard together, and will continue to do so (celebrate, not study) until they are old and gray.

Katie is Grace's bonus little sister. Their parents have been friends with the Harrimans since Grace was a baby. Katie, Liz, and Grace all love Harry Potter and got to see the Cursed Child on Broadway together. They share a love of Stranger Things, Taylor Swift, and a relaxing day on the water.

Grace is one of the kindest, most considerate, and most caring people I’ve ever known. She’s always had this gentle way of making everyone around her feel seen and valued, and to me, she’s been like a big sister for as long as I can remember. I’ve known her my whole life, and some of my favorite memories are the ones we’ve shared together—wandering through the zoo, spending summer days out on the boat at the bay house, and exploring New York side by side. Each of those moments is filled with laughter, comfort, and a sense of adventure that only Grace could bring. Seeing her step into this new chapter with Mark, getting married and building a future full of love, feels so special. She deserves every bit of joy that’s coming her way. And while things in life change, one thing never will: how grateful I am to grow up with her, learn from her, and love her like family.
