We were introduced to each other through a mutual friend, He thought that we were both cool people who could possibly enjoy each other's company. He passed on my information to Mark and about a few weeks later, our story began. I was on my way to praise team rehearsal and my phone rang and it was Mark on the other end. We talked for a short while and decided to call each other the next day. Unbeknownst to him, the next day was my Birthday and I had some errands to run. On my birthday, I usually treat myself to a Cupcake and when Mark found out, he met me at Gigi's Cupcake and bought me a Birthday Cupcake and lunch. Neither one of us knew that the Lunch date would turn into Forever...a friendship for a Lifetime. ❤❤

It was our typical Covid Saturday date where we would just drive around to different parks in the city and just talk. This particular day, we decided to have PF Changs for dinner. He wanted to go inside the restaurant but I insisted that we eat in the car because of COVID. We placed our order and while we were waiting...Mark said...I didn't get my Hug today. So he walked around to my side of the truck and I gave him a hug. There was a little construction going on in the parking lot and he asked me a question about it. I turned around to give my explanation and there he was with the Engagement Ring out, asking me to Marry Him. I was so shocked, I started screaming..I couldn't believe it. He then proceeded to get down on one knee in the middle of the parking lot and asked me to be his wife. I said "Yes" with the biggest smile ever!! Everyone around us congratulated us and we just enjoyed our moment as an Engaged Couple💍🎉❤
