What time should I arrive?

Ceremony starts at 5:30pm. The venue opens at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 5:15pm

Are kids welcome?

We love your children, but we want you to have the weekend off! Children are welcome to stay at the hotel but the wedding events are adults only.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors (under a covered pavilion) and reception will be indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Self parking is available at Rivercrest Golf Club & Preserve.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a 14 passenger shuttle to and from the hotel.

Can I bring a date?

To keep our guest list on track, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Will there be a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! The room block is already set up at Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville. Booking information can be found under the “Travel” section.
