Our Story
Mark and Devon met back in September 2021 after connecting on the dating app Hinge, 2 years after he moved from Swoyersville to Media, PA, and just months after she graduated from Penn State and headed to Philadelphia.
They had their first date at Tap 21 (Media, PA), bonding over Penn State football and Middleswarth chips (iykyk), and began dating shortly after. They spent many nights out in the city, and celebrated birthdays and anniversaries at the Oyster House, where oysters quickly became their favorite menu item.
In summer 2023, Mark convinced Devon to leave Philadelphia and join him in Media, where they still live 2 years later. They now love their suburbs life, and spend many weekends at Springhaven golf club!
In November 2024, Mark proposed in Philadelphia, surrounded by their family and friends. They jumped into planning, and Devon knew that her South Jersey roots would lead them to the beach for their wedding.
