What COVID-19 regulations are in place?

Answer

We are requiring all guests provide proof of full vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours. Please send documentation to either Mark or Daisy.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Due to its proximity to Balboa Park, we recommend staying anywhere in downtown San Diego. We have a courtesy block with the Manchester Grand Hyatt so please let us know as soon as possible if interested!

What's the best way to get around San Diego? Do we need a car?

Answer

Having a car makes traveling around San Diego county quick and convenient. However, San Diego does have an excellent trolley service for simple, local trips!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire/semi-formal. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Closed toe shoes are highly recommended!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed (this includes e-cigs as well) on garden grounds and elsewhere inside the park. If caught you will be subject to a fine.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP via our website as “Will Not Attend,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP deadline is 6/19/2021 and it can be done online from the RSVP tab of this website!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

As also noted in our "Travel" tab, parking is available all over the park, but we recommend parking beside the Lower Garden.
