The sooner the better, we would like all RSVPs by May 31 2023. (This will allow us to update head counts for the vendors and venue) Please and Thank you!
Yes, via the Zola website and Amazon.com https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/cheyanneandmarkjuly2023 Cash and Gift Cards are also always welcome. (There is an option on the zola website to contribute to specific things like honeymoon, future home, wedding etc if you'd prefer to allocate the money yourself) If you go to the section labeled Registry you should be able to access both as well.
Please arrive at the venue for the ceremony by 4:15 pm July 8th 2023, thank you.
Dress code is semi-formal - No blue jeans, t-shirts, or crocs. Ties and jackets are not mandatory, just look nice. The color black is fine, please don't wear a white dress (obviously). It should be a nice hot day in Michigan; however, the venue may be chilly and there is always a chance for rain, so you may want a light coverup.
Only if you have RSVP'd already stating the number that are coming. (We have already accounted for plus ones/family members while estimating headcounts). There are a limited number of seats and if you bring people that are not accounted for, there may not be room for them.
There will be kids there. However please only bring your children if you have RSVP'd counting them as accompanying you. (we have accounted for the plus-ones/family member when estimating our head counts already, but if you did not include them when you RSVPd we may have allocated that space elsewhere. If they are infants/in carriers still that would be fine (please just feed/change etc just prior to the ceremony to help mitigate disruptions))
There are a ton of hotels (including affordable ones) close to the venue, sorry that the venue is not closer to the airport for our people coming in from out of town. However, the embassy suites hotel in troy does have a shuttle to and from the venue and there are rooms blocked there for the wedding.
No need, it is a buffet-style dinner. Only take what you want/ can have. If there are extreme limitations you may want to eat before or after the wedding and just snack on what you can. There will be hor'dourves, the buffet (salad, chicken option, prime rib, veggie, and alfredo), as well as a late-night snack before the evening ends. Open bar, soda, water, coffee, etc.
YES, TONS at the venue.
