Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th (or as soon as you know whether or not you'll be able to attend) so we can plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be at the venue and ready to ride the chairlift up at 4:00 PM! The first bus will leave Keystone starting at 3 pm. You may arrive at the venue earlier, and the 6th Alley Bar and Grill at the base of A-Basin will be open and has a lovely deck to hang on, please feel free to come early and grab a drink and hangout until the chairlift is ready to load.

Can I bring a date?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limits with the venue, our ceremony and reception on Saturday will be adults only. We love all your little ones though and please feel free to bring them to the rest of the weekend festivities on Friday and Sunday!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have multiple shuttles running from the Keystone Lodge and Spa and Riverrun to A-Basin throughout the evening from 3 pm - 11 pm.
