Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
Red Rocks Amphitheater is located in Morrison, CO. You can walk into the Amphitheater and there are many hiking trails around it too. Bonus: This is where Mark and Anna got engaged!
Coors Field
The Colorado Rockies play at Coors Field on Friday and Saturday night. If you are interested in cheering them on (or if you are like Anna, just hanging out) you can find tickets here: https://www.mlb.com/rockies/tickets/single-game-tickets
Rocky Mountain National Park
Rocky Mountain National Park is about an hour away if you want to make the trip. It's obviously gorgeous and there are tons of hikes there as well :)
Chautauqua Park
Chautauqua Park is only about 20 minutes away from the venue and also has beautiful hikes. First and Second Flatirons is a bit easier of a hike, but if you are looking for a challenge we recommend the Royal Arch trail.
Kokopelli Beer Company
If hiking isn't really your thing, there are lots of breweries around. One of our favorites in the area is Kokopelli Beer Company!
Denver Premium Outlets
For all the shoppers, the Denver Premium Outlets are only about 20 minutes away :)
Red Rocks Church Lakewood Campus
If you are looking for a church to go to on Sunday morning we recommend Red Rocks Church! The Arvada location (7100 Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada, CO 80003) is the closest to the venue, but Mark and I first met at the Lakewood Campus and it is the location that we attend :)
