How do I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP tab will open after formal invitations have been sent by mail. Once you receive the actual invitation, you will be able to respond.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 25, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will assume you will not be in attendance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to have your plus ones, we have a limited amount of invites. Only those individuals on the invitation are invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love the babies, the wedding and reception will be child free with the exception of the children in the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty hotels in the area. We have secured a hotel block with DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia. This hotel is less than 5 miles from Kahler Hall.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking.

Is there transportation to and from Doubletree to the ceremony?

Answer

We have secured transportation to assist guest staying at the Doubletree hotel. Transportation will start boarding at 3:30pm and leave for the venue promptly at 3:45pm. Starting at 7:30, shuttles will be available for guest to get back to the Doubletree hotel until 10pm.

We will be accepting guests at 4:00 pm and starting the ceremony promptly 4:30 pm.

If I miss the RSVP date can I still come?

Answer

No, everyone must RSVP by 09/12/2026. Please do not assume that we know you are coming. We have to submit final counts to multiple vendors and we need accurate headcount. We will also have a seating chart that reflects the list of those that RSVP'd.

Is it okay to post on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate you waiting to post until at least 48-72 hours after the wedding.

What should I wear?

Formal attire is requested. The wedding colors are emerald green, gold and black.

What if I know I won't be able to make it?

Answer

If it is before the RSVP tab has opened, reach out via email at mandarentals621@gmail.com or text the Bride or Groom. If the RSVP's are open, please kindly decline.
