Best Man
Pain in my ass.... Well not entirely. What can we say about our friendship? Well, wait... what can we say that's suitable for this wedding site without getting it shut down for content?! Hall and I go back 20 years! As you will get to know, Hall is very into sports and plays a mean game of hoops (so he tells me). The truth is, the only thing that stands out to me is the only game of 21-basketball that I won and the Sega 49-game NBA Jams tournament ... I won again....Mike will deny any of that ever happened. At the end of the day, Mike is one of my closest friends and has been there through so much. I thought I would never see the day he got married, and I am sure he would say the same about me. Well, here we are...I guess we are all grown up.
Bridesmaid
One of my oldest friendships. As in years. Not in ages or maturity. We met when we were 6 & mastered recess. We chased boys on the playground; chased them as teens. We've shared the most toxic laugh episodes to ever be experienced. Milk coming out of nostrils and all! Live in different states now and make it a priority to keep in touch. She knows every in and out and I couldn't imagine this day without her. Favorite Memory: While visiting her in Santa Rosa, at a nightclub, she cleared the floor for US to 'Superman'.
Groomsman
Met Mark in 2008 when he was in the limelight of his career as a Restuarant Consultant at local nightclubs. In the mist of culinary school, one day, I just needed to get away, grab a drink and blow off some steam. Couple beers down ( & maybe some shots), guess who was there making sure I had a great time spending all my money? That's right, the man of the hour! He traded my shots for some water and I knew this was a good guy. Over the years, we've maintained our friendship by kicking back and enjoying those ice cold beers and talks about life, love and business!
Security
The real best man🐾 Established 2012 I was rescued from the streets of SoCal. I won’t get in to my past but let me tell you, when I needed saving, they were there for me. Daddy says we rescued each other and Mama says I was the best thing that ever happened to them! I have a warm and loving home and a big bone to work on every day. I’m Dad's best man and I’m Mom's security but if I see a duck, you’re all on your own. Livin life to the fullest! 🦆
Groomswoman
You could say our family is very close. Now we're going 3 for 3! I've been in both of my sisters weddings & now they're standing up for me. I'm so happy my soon-to-be-wife has her Big Sis next to her on our day & now, so do I! While Lisa & I grew up together, we really didn't know each other until I was about 23. Living with me in the prime of my 20's, she had a huge wake up call. While she was starting the next chapter of her life in nursing school & waking up at the crack of dawn, I was coming home when the sun was on the rise. I'll take credit in the fact I put her pre-nursing skills to test by having to randomly draw my blood & stitch me up after a rough night out. She's been there thru the ups & downs & knows when we need to escape to the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland!
Groomswoman
The day has finally come & yes, my big sister is one of my groomswomen! At one time, these were two things I never thought would be coming out of my mouth. She's more of a role model to me than she will ever stop to realize. Tracy is refreshingly different. On paper, she's everything you imagine for your child; straight As, never raised any trouble & became a pediatrician. Different, you say? For starters, she's covered from head to toe in tattoos and rocks it! Also a survivor of some of life's biggest obstacles to come across. You're one of the main reasons I never worried growing up. You'd worry enough for the both of us. The pride you take in your family, the watching out for us, the amazing mother you are... words cannot express your support on the biggest day of my life!
Bridesmaid
Since kindergarten thru grade school, we were thick as thieves. We managed to annoy the MOH together, formed a Michael Jackson fan club (even though it was made up of just us 2), leaned on each other for many things & always managed to get our parents upset at our latest shenanigans. One of those rare connections that a beat is never missed, we're just a phone call away. A kind of friendship people are lucky to have! Favorite memory: While she was driving & I was moving from the backseat to the front seat, someone thought it was funny to slam on their brakes just to watch my body fly into the dash board & crumble to the passenger floor. Hard, non-stop laughing!
Bridesman
Who is this guy, and why is he wearing a dress at my wedding? Oh, that's just my cousin, Scott. Nine years older than me, but somehow we managed to be the same age in maturity. I hardly knew him until I was about 10 years old - that's when he moved to Phoenix to go to college at Arizona State. That's also when he became a regular dinner guest at my Mom's house in Peoria, where meals were always free. Smart guy. Not good at relationships, though. He's more of a do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do kind of mentor. But he's always there when I need him and whatever I need, needs to be kept quiet. Like a fixer in a mafia movie, Scott's good to have around, just in case...
Officiant
Making this legal!
Flower Girl
What can I say? I'm the official Flower Girl, the Show-stopper, the one in charge for lighting the aisle for the soon-to-be's. I guarantee to make all in attendance smile at me but I also realize with this honor comes a bit of tension. So if I break a few tears, just know, it's because I'm so happy to be here. I first met Uncle Mark and Aunt Amanda when I made my grand entry into the world. I remember it as if it was yesterday. It was April 20, 2017, and they were so excited to hold me. When I lit their faces up, it only reminded me God has big plans for me. I'm blessed with looks to kill and love all around me. See you on the runway!
