Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP by April 5th so we can coordinate with our vendors and plan accordingly. Please RSVP even if you cannot attend. Feel free to reach out if you run into any issues.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adult-only occasion unless specified on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 PM, 30 minutes prior to the 4:00 PM ceremony start time, to find your parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

June 6 in South Lake Tahoe typically brings beautiful weather—sunny skies, mild afternoon temperatures around 73°F, and crisp, cool mornings in the low 40s. Rain is rare this time of year, and the air feels fresh with a light breeze. It’s the perfect setting for an outdoor celebration! We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening, as it can get cooler after sunset.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and dinner will take place outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty of South Lake Tahoe. After dinner, we’ll head indoors for dancing—so bring your party shoes and get ready to celebrate!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Do you really have to ask?....Yes!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. We recommend cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women. Men can wear slacks with a button-down shirt and a blazer or suit—ties are optional. Since part of the celebration will be outdoors, we also suggest comfortable shoes for walking on grass or uneven ground.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are reserved parking spaces. However, the number of spaces are limited. Please consider carpooling or check the travel page for alternative options to get to the venue without a car. See the Travel & Lodging page for additional travel information. As there will be an open bar, we highly encourage other modes of travel or rideshare for everyone's safety. We love being multimodal!

Question

Can I Take Photos?

Answer

We are having a no-phone/camera ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture this moment and want everyone to be present! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.
