Can we wear cowboy/cowgirl hats to the wedding?

Answer

Yes you can, to ceremony (block that sun) and reception dance. NO trucker hats or ball caps allowed. NO jeans either as this is a formal event. See more attire details below.

Can I wear my garden attire to the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately only formal attire allowed at reception as security/venue personnel will not allow casual attire. Ceremony: Garden Attire (wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators). The grass might be soft, so stilettos may cause "sinking" into the ground, but they are allowed. NO jeans, ball caps, or trucker hats. Reception: Strictly Black-Tie (wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, suits or tuxes with black neckties or bowties). NO jeans, ball caps, trucker hats.

Both ceremony and reception have private parking lots.

Golf cart rides at ceremony?

Answer

There will be plenty of golf carts available to our guests, located behind the main building at the parking lot upon arrival. Each golf cart will have to be driven by a guest, fits 2-3 people including the driver. It is a short 1 minute ride. Golf carts will have to be parked in a designated area and then driven back to the main building after ceremony concludes.
