What is the attire for this event?
Answer
All Black Attire and/or red is requested for this event. PLEASE: No jeans or sneakers!
Question
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to Limited Seating, we are unable to accommodate any additional persons. Your RSVP will have the persons accounted for in your party only. You will be able to search and locate their name. Be sure to find your name under the RSVP link in this site to let us know you will be coming. Please refrain from adding individuals as this will be monitored by our coordinator. Unfortunately, any additional guest will not be permitted in the ball room. Thank you for your cooperation!

No children are allowed to attend this event.

What happens if I forget to RSVP prior to the deadline?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have people who would really like to attend. If you have been invited to this event, you are very near and dear to us! However, the day after the RSVP deadline, if you haven't RSVP'd, your name will be removed from the list.

Am I able to "show up" on the day of the event, if I haven't RSVP'd?
Answer
No. There will be a list at of confirmed attendees at the door. If your name is not on the list. You will not be allowed in.

Is there cost for parking?
Answer
No. The venue has open parking free of charge.

What do I do if I RSVP but something happens and I can’t come?
Answer
If your plans change, please let the bride and groom know as soon as possible. There is limited attendance and your spot can be given to someone who was previously unable to attend.

Are we allowed to take photos?
Answer
Absolutely! Although there will be a professional photographer there, feel free to snap away! Be sure to use our hashtag so we can share in your memories #davisatlast2021. Please be considerate of the professional photographer during the ceremony. We are really looking forward to him capturing essential moments without distractions.

Am I required to be vaccinated or tested for Covid 19 in order to attend?
Answer
We are asking that everyone in attendance be prepared to show proof of vaccination. If you haven’t been vaccinated, please provide a negative test result dated within 3 days of the event.
