Here comes the bride! Adrienne is a Proud West Virginia native, a WVU alum, and an amazing and loving friend, sister, daughter, and granddaughter. We began dating in January of 2022. Quickly after, we fell in love. Adrienne is strong, hard-working, and has an amazing sense of humor. She loves reality TV, Cleveland sports, margaritas, and any chance to find something exciting to do. She is a physician assistant in spine and interventional pain management. She is kind, motivated, and passionate, and I am grateful every day I get to spend my life with her. She surrounds herself with true friends and family and works extremely hard to reach her goals. If you know Adrienne, you know how much she loves her her family, and can see her burning passion for loving people and caring for them through her everyday. -Mark
Mark Land
Groom
Mark is the man of the hour and needs no introduction! To know Mark is to love him, and Mark knows everyone! Mark is a proud WVU alum and in his free time, Mark goes to the gym (he is the most loyal gym-goer I have ever met) or cooks Michelin Star-worthy meals for me. He also loves playing on his Xbox (when he can), going to the driving range, or making me watch Star Wars. Mark is very well-known for being a caring and loving son, brother, and grandson. Aside from my dad, Mark is the only other man to be a part of our family and he has fit right in and has already been like a brother to my little sisters. Mark is the most determined man I have ever met, and he is also the most loyal, loving, intentional, authentic, patient, and dependable partner there is. He inspires me and everyone he knows to be a better version of themselves each and every day. -Adrienne
Camryn Hughes
Maid of Honor
Camryn is Adrienne's first little sister and first-ever friend. She is 3 years younger than Adrienne, so they have been through it all together. From sharing the same room (which Adrienne willingly chose to do) and fighting over clothes, to starting adulthood, she is one of the best sisters you could ask for. Camryn is very easy-going and her sense of humor is infectious to all of those around her. She has always loved volleyball and went on to play in college! She is now using her passion for the sport to coach others. She recently graduated and is currently working in Marketing.
Paul Clement
Best Man
Paul is Mark's best man and needs no introduction. Mark and Paul first became friends from RBC youth group and stayed mutual friends through most of high school. When Mark started college at West Virginia University, Paul needed an extra roommate. They lived together for over 2 out of the 4 years at WVU and became best friends who spent time watching Mountaineer football, enjoying a cold beer, and lifting weights. Mark was a groomsman at Paul, and his wife Danielle's wedding. Paul now works as an Aero Space Engineer in Alabama. Although there is distance they still talk almost every day and meet up whenever possible.
Dylan Hughes
Maid of Honor
Dylan is Adrienne's baby sister, and whether Dylan wants to admit it or not, one of Adrienne's closest friends. Dylan has been almost like an assistant to Adrienne throughout the years, from helping film her potentially groundbreaking YouTube take-off when they were little kids and helping her pass Anatomy during COVID, to helping to house her during her clinical rotations. Dylan is well-known for her very large emotions, so you will probably be able to spot her crying at some point. She currently attends WVU and is working on obtaining her degree in Accounting.
Micah Land
Groomsman
Micah is Mark's big brother, oldest friend, and roommate of 19 years. Growing up, Micah and Mark could always be seen outside in our yard using their imagination, playing all the Halo games on Split-screen on every difficulty, or always in a competition. Micah has always had a passion for art, even drawing a 5-foot monochromatic picture of Michael Jordan in the 5th grade, he continued his passion for art with a degree from Liberty University and a career in graphic design. Micah will always be the life of the party or the one to make anyone laugh in any situation.
Macie Land
Bridesmaid
Macie is Mark's little sister and Adrienne's future sister-in-law! Macie is a Liberty University alum and is now a middle school Special Education teacher who adores her students. Growing up with all brothers, she has developed a sharp sense of humor that keeps us all laughing, and makes family gatherings a blast! Macie and Adrienne are always able to bond over reality TV shows such as The Real Housewives franchise, Love is Blind, Love Island, and many, MANY more.
Matthew Land
Groomsman
Matthew is Mark's youngest brother and the baby of the Land family. Growing up you could often find Matt and Mark messing around and roughhousing. When Matthew was in Middle School, Mark and Matthew bonded when Matthew decided to try wrestling for the first time. During his first season, Mark became Matt's first coach and they grew a bond over the sport. Matthew currently overcame a serious injury sustained in a car crash. His determination showed when we walked out of the hospital, despite having a severe spine surgery. He has since bounced back and is studying History and Economics with hopes to start a career within Museums and handling artifacts!
Carlea Dawson
Bridesmaid
Carlea is one of Adrienne’s only girl cousins around her age. They grew up spending time together at their annual Idlewild trips, at family’s house, and most importantly, on the annual family beach trips. The family beach trip is always a long awaited vacation, and they fit so much catching up into that time together. Carlea is very go-with-the-flow, fun-loving, and incredibly caring! Carlea is currently anticipating graduation from Virginia Tech and plans to pursue nursing. Adrienne has had the joy of watching her grow into a beautiful woman, and is so happy for Carlea to stand beside her on the big day!
John Fletcher
Groomsman
John and Mark became friends sophomore year of high school when they got paired up as prayer partners for a mission trip. Their first time hanging out John showed him his collection of guitars and music studio he made in his basement to record his several albums. Although initially not having much in common, Mark and John become inseparable and have stayed close ever since. After Mark moved back to Virginia, the two became training partners at the gym and grew their long friendship even further as they both set time aside to push each other to work hard. John currently works as a Music and Worship director for churches in Eastern, PA.
Greenlee Smith

Greenlee is one of Adrienne's youngest cousins, who she has absolutely adored since the day she was born. She comes from all brothers, and as Adrienne was a bit of a girly-girl when she was younger, she has loved getting to bond with her over all things "girl". Don't let this fool you - she DOES have all brothers and is one tough, sassy girl!
Colt Smith
Ring Bearer
Colt is Adrienne's baby cousin and one of the newest members of our family. Referred to as "boss baby", he is usually able to use his charm into getting his way. He loves baseball and has a great arm for a 3-year-old, so he may just end up launching the rings down the aisle instead!
