Question
What about COVID?
Answer
The health and safety of our loved ones and communities is very important to us. We are asking all guests to be fully vaccinated or have a negative test in order to join. We expect that over 95% of our guests will be fully vaccinated. Our venue is a lovely outdoor garden and vineyard - the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner are fully outside, and the dance floor is in a large breezy barn with open walls. There are several outdoor spaces you can grab a beer and hang if you prefer not to be in the barn, or your dancing is as bad as Mark's. Vaccination rates in the Bay Area are very strong, and as such, case rates have been substantially lower than other parts of the country. There is an indoor mask mandate currently in effect for some California counties, including SF and Sonoma. This is not in effect for guests at our wedding as it is outdoors, but we anticipate some guests will feel more comfortable wearing a mask - please do so if you prefer.

Can I bring a date?

Your wedding invitation indicates all members of your party that are invited to join. We wish we could have even more of our loved ones with us!

Are kids welcome?

We're hosting an adults-only affair! Please enjoy a night out without the littles. (For very very littles, let us know if you need help tracking down local childcare!)

What should I wear?
Answer
This event is summer cocktail attire. We'll be on grass, so leave your stilettos at home! And don't forget your sunnies, as we'll be outdoors and August in wine country is quite sunny.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! There will be ample gluten-free (thanks to yours truly) and vegetarian options, but do alert us if you need other accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is a safe, attended parking lot on site that you're welcome to use, but if you choose to leave your car overnight, you need to pick it up by 10am the next morning.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We are not providing transportation to the ceremony. Please drive, carpool, or use ride-sharing services (both Uber and Lyft operate in Healdsburg). We will provide a shuttle to Healdsburg Square for the after-party, so you can walk to the after-party at John and Zeke's, or head home from there. The shuttles will run until 12pm to a few nearby hotels (they are unable to take folks to Airbnbs).
