Why does the hotel only have check in at 4pm?

Answer

I literally have no idea lol but I've been assured that with enough notice the hotels will try their best to accommodate an early check in... Please keep in mind this is a VERY busy weekend in Richmond (General Assembly and Nationwide Volleyball tournament) and everyone is working extremely hard to accommodate alot of large groups!

Will there be a coat check?

Answer

Yes but unattended but there will be a safe place with coat racks and plenty of hangers near the reception area.

How to get to the venue?

Answer

If you dont have access to a hotel shuttle we strongly suggest Uber/Lyft. If you are staying at the Marriott, its across the street from the venue as long as you dont mind walking a block. The main entrance to the venue is located on 5th Street where the permanent awning is.

Where is the best place to park if I drive?

Answer

We would suggest the paid lots, they are well lite and safe. There is free street parking as well as floating parking.
