Question

LODGING & MEALS

Answer

Mt. Baker Mountaineers Lodge Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284 Check-in: Friday 9/5 @ 3pm Check-out: Sunday 9/7 @ 11am Meals: Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast are provided by the lodge. We'll coordinate the other meals (Fri night, lunches) as a group. Cleanup/chores: This is a cooperative lodge which operates with help from those staying at the lodge (us!). Chores include meal preparation, washing dishes, and closing clean-up. Sleeping arrangements: Bunkbeds and mattresses are provided, please bring light sleeping bags and pillows.

Question

COST

Answer

We're asking each person to cover $100 towards their food and lodging for the 3-day weekend. If you’re unable to contribute, don’t worry at all— we’re just excited to have you there!

Question

GEAR

Answer

For Lodge: Sleeping bag & pillow for bunkbeds, Earplugs, Cozy cabin clothes For Activities: Hike/run/fun clothes, Rain gear, Warm layers, Hat & Sunglasses

Question

Travel

Answer

Airports: Seattle-Tacoma SEA (3 hrs from lodge not during rush hour, 4-5 during rush hour) Bellingham BLI (1 hr from lodge) - easiest option Cars: There will be multiple cars heading up from Bellingham on Friday and heading back on Sunday. For friends flying in, it may be easiest for groups to coordinate flights and rent a car together, but we can also likely find spots for folks in local friends cars. When time gets closer, we can set up an arrival/departure spreadsheet to coordinate rides if needed.

Question

Questions?

Answer

We really hope you can all make it! If you have any questions or concerns about logistics (i.e. bringing kids, needing a sleeping bag, etc.) let us know and we can figure it out.

For all the days along the way
