Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We do not have a traditional registry and ask for no physical or monetary gifts.

When should I arrive in Punta Cana?
Answer
If possible, we would love everyone to attend our welcome event on Thursday November 5th at 5:30pm. If not, we completely understand and the wedding ceremony will take place at 5pm on Friday November 6th. The Bride and Groom will be arriving on Monday November 2nd if you would like to extend your trip!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration and welcome party.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is beach chic. Think of pastel sundresses and bright florals. Men are welcome to wear shorts to the welcome party but we do ask for pants at the wedding and reception. Suits and ties are not necessary for either event but we would like buttoned shirts long or short sleeve.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will be having a buffet for both the welcome party and wedding reception with a large variety of meal options. We are still happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! On Saturday November 7th, we will be reserving cabanas by the pool to keep the good vibes and party going all weekend. Please join us if you can!

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes. You will need to present your passport at check in for the hotel as well.

Can I get my hair and makeup done for the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Posh is a beauty salon at the hotel that offers multiple services along with hair and makeup.

Can I stay somewhere else and still attend the event?
Answer
Yes you absolutely can stay somewhere else but unfortunately the hotel will require a $100 per person charge if you do decide to stay somewhere else that we will ask you to be responsible for. Please let us know in advance if you are staying somewhere else.

What is an e-ticket?
Answer
An e-ticket will be required for entry and departure into the Dominican. Please use the link below to fill out your e-ticket with customs. This is a free form so please do not pay for any service when trying to complete the e- ticket. https://eticket.migracion.gob.do

How far is the airport to hotel.

It is about a 30 minute ride on the hotels complimentary shuttle.

Is there a cancellation policy with the hotel?
Answer
Yes. Cancellations received before August 05, 2026 have no penalty. 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no penalties applicable. Cancellations on or after August 06, 2026 will incur $200 penalty. Between 90 - 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, full deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations on or after September 05, 2026 will incur 50% penalty. Between 60 - 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed. Cancellations on or after October 05, 2026 will incur 100% penalty. Between 30 - 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
