A shuttle will begin running from the Comfort Suites at 2:45 PM. Followed by pick up at the Best Western at 3:00 PM (downtown AirBnBs/St. Paul). The last shuttle will depart the venue at 11:45 PM and head to downtown Wooster. Look for the white shuttle with TL Worldwide Transportation and Yenne/Gardner Wedding sign. *You may also drink SEALED alcoholic beverages upon entering the shuttle. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held mainly indoors. Please dress accordingly. (Especially the Florida people, haha.)
No, unfortunately not. As much as we love all the little ones. We both have large extended families, thus NOT allowing for children outside of the bridal party. We hope you understand & are able to enjoy the evening as a special date night. Bridal party members that are children will be asked to leave by 8 PM to allow for a more adult evening.
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Allowing for free parking. Please be mindful that there will be an open bar and allow for a Designated Driver if partaking. Ubers/Lyfts will NOT PICK UP IN THIS LOCATION in the Wooster area. There will be a shuttle running from the venue back to the hotels beginning at 8 PM. There is also Swoop (https://swoop.taxibooker.online/). *CARS MAY BE LEFT OVERNIGHT AND PICKED UP SUNDAY 10.29.23.*
After the ceremony, the immediate family and bridal party of the couple will be taking pictures outside. Guests can walk down to the basement level, where appetizers and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served shortly thereafter in the evening, with an adult reception beginning at 8 PM, followed by dancing, a photo booth, ice cream, hot dogs, and fun! If the ceremony is held at the basement level, please exit it downstairs patio for a 15-minute cocktail hour flip, expect appetizers and cocktails. The reception will be held upstairs and on the upstairs covered and heated patio.
