Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Venue at G Bar Ranch. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor ceremony/reception with partial indoor seating. Dress accordingly!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual Attire — Stylish but comfortable would be great! Please AVOID wearing WHITE, IVORY, CREAM & BLUE! You will be called out on the microphone :)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm to ensure you get your seat in time. Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. Guests will no longer be allowed in between 3:45 pm - 4:15 pm until the bride walks through, so make sure you are on time!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on our wedding invitation can be accommodated.

Drinks/Alcohol—Open Bar or BYOB

Answer

You are welcome to bring your own nonalcoholic/alcoholic beverages. NO GLASS BOTTLES! You will be asked to take it back to your vehicle. We will provide water. Holland’s coffee and drinks will be set up for purchase at your own expense.
