Can I bring a plus one ?

Answer

Please understand due to our wedding accommodations and limited capacity, additional guests are limited for our ceremony. If you receive a plus one, their name will appear on your invite when you RSVP. If a plus one is not indicated on your RSVP, you are still able to include guests in your booked room. However, please understand, only guests outlined on your RSVP will be included in our ceremonial and reception festivities. If you have any questions regarding this please reach out to either Greg/Mariyah.

Can I book my room after the deadline ?

Answer

Should you not make the deadline, you run the risk of not being able to book a room. All rooms are subject to the resort's availability.

Are children welcome at the resort ?

Answer

Now we do loveee the kids (LOL), however, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event, at an adults-only resort. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for your little ones.

What if I put down a deposit and later in the year I can not make it?

Answer

Please be sure to purchase insurance when making your deposit. Insurance is $149 per person and allows trip cancellation (for whatever reason) up to 24-hours prior to departure, with a full refund of all money paid (minus the price of the insurance).

What should I do if I can't attend?

Answer

We will have a zoom option to still see our special day. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible by declining the RSVP and contacting us directly.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 25, 2024, via the RSVP form on this website. By submitting your deposit by the deadline, it will let us know you will be in attendance. If we do not hear from you by this day, we will assume you are unable to attend and will not reserve a space for you.

Can I give cash or contribute to your honeymoon?

Answer

Yes, if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, you can do so via a cash gift at the wedding/southwest gift cards/gift cards.
