Our Story
Our love story began with a right swipe on a fateful day in May, 2020. Neither one of us ever expected nor wanted to be in a long distance relationship, but something just sparked with our very first conversation.
Over the next few months we fell for each other over texts and chats and conversations, never having met in person thanks to Covid. It eventually led to our first virtual movie date, the cult classic Mean Girls... and yes we're still trying to make "fetch" happen.
Fast forward another month to our first in person meet up at Fire Island. In hindsight, it probably wasn't a good idea to be stuck on an island with no easy escape for a first meeting, but luckily we hit it off right away.
We spent the day getting to know each other while eating ice cream, walking on the beach and catching a beautiful sunset. We didn't know it then, but it was the first day of our forever and the rest as they say is history.... ❤
