Our ceremony will take place at the same location as our reception venue, at the ranch. We recommend guests arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Guests should be seated by 3:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly. Please note that seating is limited, and anyone arriving after the ceremony begins may have limited visibility or may not be able to find a seat. Once the bridal party is ready to proceed, no additional guests will be permitted to enter the venue. We kindly ask that you plan your commute accordingly. Friday traffic in the Inland Empire (IE) can be heavy, and parking arrangements may also take additional time. We recommend allowing double your usual travel time to ensure you arrive on time and don’t miss any part of the ceremony. Nuestra ceremonia se llevará a cabo en el mismo lugar que la recepción, en el rancho. Recomendamos que los invitados lleguen a las 3:00 p. m. para tener tiempo suficiente para estacionarse y encontrar asiento. Guests are recommended to arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating. All guests should be seated by 3:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. The wedding will be fully outdoors: Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Please be advised that there is a possibility of high heat, but the venue will have plenty of shaded areas to keep everyone comfortable. Friday traffic in the Inland Empire can be heavy, especially in the afternoon. We strongly recommend allowing extra travel time (up to double your usual commute) and planning to arrive early to ensure you don’t miss any part of the ceremony. We recommend that guests fly into Ontario International Airport (ONT). The drive from Ontario Airport to the hotel is approximately 50 minutes on a Thursday afternoon, depending on traffic. If you plan to drive from Los Angeles to Corona on a Thursday afternoon, please allow about a 2-hour commute. For family members extending their weekend to attend the wedding after-party in Los Angeles, we recommend planning your stay accordingly and flying out of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) instead of Ontario. LAX is much closer, with an approximate 20–25 minute drive to the airport. Recomendamos que los invitados vuelen al Aeropuerto Internacional de Ontario (ONT). El trayecto desde el Aeropuerto de Ontario hasta el hotel es de aproximadamente 30–45 minutos un Jueves por la tarde, dependiendo del tráfico. Please be sure to select the correct dates for your stay when booking. Please plan your check-in time accordingly. We kindly ask for your patience and courtesy with hotel staff, as many family members and friends will be checking in around the same time. Join us on Thursday, July 16, 2026, for a relaxed welcome gathering in the hotel’s multi-purpose room the perfect chance to meet, mingle, and kick off the celebration together. Wine and beer will be provided. All guests will check out on Saturday morning, July 18, 2026, with late check-out available, and we’ll continue the celebration back home at the Collymore residence in Los Angeles. Please dress in formal, elegant attire think suits, ties, formal dresses, and heels. Keep in mind that the celebration will be outdoors and it may be warm, so we encourage light, breathable, and fresh fabrics. Summer colors are welcome; however, please avoid white or any shades close to white. Favor de vestir atuendo formal y elegante como trajes, corbatas, vestidos formales y tacones. Please do not wear white, cream, beige, linen, or any shade that could be mistaken for white. If you’re questioning whether it looks too close to white, we kindly ask that you choose something else please no second guessing! Dress Code: Formal Attire Gentlemen: Please dress formal and dress to impress. The ceremony and reception will be fully outdoors, so keep your look fresh and polished. Ladies: Please wear formal attire. Avoid stilettos, as there will be dirt and brick flooring. We recommend thick block heels or wedges for added comfort. Unfortunately, no. Only the guests specifically listed on the invitation under your name are invited. Due to venue capacity limits, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. There will be a check-in at the entrance to confirm that your name is on the guest list, as well as a seating chart for invited guests only. No additional accommodations can be made. While we wish we could invite everyone, our guest list is limited. However, we do welcome friends and family to participate in other wedding festivities leading up to the wedding or the after-party. Please note that children are not permitted and will not be added to the guest list. If you experience any issues RSVPing for someone who is already invited, please feel free to reach out to Maritza or Justin directly. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. No, we kindly ask that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We want everyone to fully soak in the moment. The bride and groom will share professional photos afterward so everyone can have them as memories. Our Pastor will announce specific times during the ceremony when photos can be taken. Please be patient and follow these instructions. The bride and groom are investing in professional photography and videography, and we want everyone to enjoy the experience without distractions from phones. No, pedimos amablemente que los invitados no tomen fotos durante la ceremonia. Queremos que todos disfruten plenamente el momento. La novia y el novio compartirán fotos profesionales después, para que todos puedan conservarlas como recuerdos.
