What do I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see you dressed up in cocktail attire for our ceremony and reception! For the welcome drinks and desserts, feel free to keep things casual with a sundress or collared shirt. One thing to keep in mind: the path to our ceremony site includes dirt and stairs, so we'd suggest choosing footwear accordingly. That said, if you're feeling your western side, cowboy boots are absolutely welcome!

Can I bring my kids?

We adore your little ones, but due to venue capacity and budget constraints, we're unable to accommodate children outside of the wedding party. We hope you'll use this as a wonderful opportunity for a well-deserved date night! That said, children are welcome to join us for the welcome night on June 19th. Please reach out in advance to let us know if you'll be bringing them.

Is there transportation?

Answer

If many of our guests decide to stay somewhere besides the Grand Lake Lodge, we will look into a shuttle service. Uber and Lyft are not reliable up in the mountains, so please do not bet on them.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue. If you're staying at Grand Lake Lodge, we kindly ask that you park at your cabin on the day of the wedding, which helps us keep the main parking lot available for our traveling guests.

Are the grounds accessible for all mobility types?

Answer

Absolutely! We have an ADA-accessible cabin available on the grounds, though availability is limited, so we encourage you to book early. For the ceremony and reception, we provide golf cart transportation to help guests navigate the grounds with ease.
