SIGNIFICATIVO! We have reserved the entirety of Villa Cipressi, allowing us exclusive access to the grounds and botanical gardens for the three-night getaway. We kindly ask our guests to reserve their stay at Villa Cipressi. We encourage you to view their website to view room options before emailing to reserve. As the villa has a limited number of rooms and has quickly been reserved by our guests, we suggest alternate arrangements be made via AirBnB or nearby hotels. If you are staying off-site, we kindly ask that you notify us or our planner, Aurora, of your arrangements! We have also subsidized a portion of the nightly rates at Villa Cipressi for our guests, so they are comparable to other options in the area. The hotel has already calculated those rates for our guests, and will be reflected when emailing to reserve. We are incredibly grateful for your stay with us! Malpensa (MXP)
There are several airports to fly into, however Malpensa (MXP) in Milan, Italy will likely offer more options. You may also choose to fly into Linate (LIN) or Bergamo (orio al serio). Malpensa (MXP) ~ 1.5 hour drive to Varenna Linate (LIN) ~ 1 hour drive to Varenna Bergamo (orio al serio) ~ 1.5 hour drive to Varenna We kindly ask that you arrange your flight for a 4:00 PM (CET) check-in at Hotel Villa Cipressi on Thursday October 1st, with Welcome Drinks (details TBD), to follow. This check-in time will start our exclusive use of the villa for the next three days. Please note you are more than welcome to arrive early or extend your stay at your discretion, though may need to reserve another hotel nearby, as the villa is often rented for exclusive use and is not guaranteed to have your room available. We encourage you to enjoy your trip and time away!

If you would like to have a rental car, it has been highly recommended to do so at the airport so that it's easy for you to get around the lake. Car rentals from most major companies including HERTZ, AVIS, ENTERPRISE/EUROPECAR, BUDGET, DOLLAR etc. are available at the listed airports. There are taxis available at the airport once you land in Italy, however these can be expensive (€150/€180). We recommend arranging for transportation in advance through our wedding planner, Aurora.
