All guests and plus ones will be specified on both the Save the Date and Formal Invitation. We want everyone to be included, and spent a lot of time and thoughtful consideration when addressing these invitations. Please reach out to either the Bride or Groom directly to clarify, if needed!
Children who are invited will be noted on both the Save the Date and Formal Invitation. Although we adore your children and know many of our guests have them, we have to be conscious of arrangements and head counts per our venue. If you have concerns regarding your children (aka you won't be attending without them), please reach out to the Bride or Groom directly.
Yes. For our guests, we invite you to join us the night before for some food, drinks, speeches! Our welcome party will be located at The Olde Mecklenburg Restaurant & Biergarten at The Bowl at Ballantyne. Please plan travel accordingly to attend!
YES! If we could require everyone's attendance, we would! We want to celebrate with you all for as much time as possible. We will be shuttled back to The Bowl, and would love to see you all at Postino following our arrival back. It is walking distance from the hotel!
Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. Pick-up and drop-off will be at the Aloft by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne Hotel, where our hotel block is reserved.
Yes! The venue has ample parking, and allows overnight parking if the night gets away from you! Transportation to and from the venue (Saturday) will be available to all those who need it, regardless if you drove to the venue or not. Please note, transportation the next morning (Sunday) will not be provided.
Yes! Our menu can accommodate any food allergy, sensitivity or preference. Please notify the Bride and Groom of any immediate concerns, if applicable. Our catering is Mexican themed, so think tacos! We will have all types. For dessert, we will have a local ice cream vendor serving homemade scoops, including DF and GF options, until he runs out!
