Marissa and I had our first date May 4th, 2019. We went to a dimly lit wine bar to get to know each other. We started talking, trading stories and fun facts about our lives. It was effortless and natural like talking to a long time friend even though we had just met. We were completely focused on one another, much to the annoyance of our waitress. The most amazing girl was right in front of me and things like ordering wine seemed unimportant. After we outstayed our welcome at the wine bar we went to an arcade bar. When the night came to a close we were both thinking about how we wanted to have more nights like that. After five years of similar nights to the dimly lit wine bar we decided that we couldn't wait to do this for the rest of our lives.
