Old Town Spring is a cute little old downtown in Spring, located just 25 minutes south of Conroe. You'll find cute local shops and restaurants along the couple square blocks that make up the old downtown.

Located a 50 minute drive west of Conroe, the Saint Francis Wolf Sanctuary provides a safe space for more than a dozen abandoned wolves and wolfdogs. Appointments required to visit, tickets are $12.50/person, with children 5 years and under free.
Southern Star Brewing
Located in north Conroe, Southern Star Brewing is a local craft brewery that only distributes in six states in the US. Southern Star's president is the former head brewer of Houston-based Saint Arnold Brewing Company.
