What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal / Cocktail Attire. The tent will be air-conditioned to the extent is closed, please be prepared for warmer temperatures!

Where is the Ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will be held at 2:30pm at Sacred Heart Church in Monroe, NY. There is plenty of parking on-site. There will be no transportation provided from the church to the hotel/venue.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The Reception will be held at West Hills Country Club Outdoor Ballroom, cocktail hour will begin at 5:30pm. Valet parking will be available. Alternatively, transportation will be provided from the hotels to the venue beginning at 5:00pm.

Can I bring a Plus One?

If we have included a guest with your invitation, please be thoughtful in your choice of guest. No friends or first dates please!

Is there an After Party?

Answer

After Party activities will take place at the lobby bar of the Residence Inn at Goshen/Middletown immediately following the reception.

Is there a shuttle to and from the Hotel?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotels to West Hills beginning at 5:00pm and will do two trips to and from. Transportation following the reception from West Hills to the hotels beginning at 10:15pm and will do two trips to and from. Both hotels that are included in the travel section will have pick up / drop off.

Is there a Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved hotel blocks at the Residence Inn by Marriott Middletown Goshen and Home2Suites by Hilton. You may find links to our hotel blocks in the "Travel" section of our wedding website.
