What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM so everyone is seated and settled before we walk down the aisle. There will be shuttles departing from the hotel and arriving around 4:30 PM.

Will there be transportation?
Answer
To the venue: Shuttles depart at 4:00 PM from the parking lot in front of the Marriott Courtyard Collegeville and the Marriott Renaissance (both hotel blocks share this parking lot, and there will be two shuttles running). Back to the hotel: Shuttles will run at the end of the reception. There is parking at both the hotel and the venue, but we suggest taking the shuttle or Uber.

Ceremony: Outdoors Cocktail Hour: Indoors & outdoors Reception: Indoors In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Semi-formal attire. Women: Long or knee-length dresses Men: Suits or sport coats (And don’t worry — no grass situations, your heels are safe!)

For the Girlies who will ask: What's the vibe?
Answer
The vibe is rustic elegance — think fancy barn with beautiful stone walls set on a golf course. It’s romantic, elevated, and timeless with a warm, natural feel. Our bridesmaids will be in sage green, and the guys will be in blue suits, so feel free to lean into soft, romantic tones if you’d like (though no need to match us!). Long or knee-length dresses in muted florals, pastels, neutrals, jewel tones, or classic black will all fit beautifully with the setting. Picture: candlelight, stone textures, greenery, sunset views, and a dance floor moment. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up. ✨

Where should we stay?
Answer
We have hotel blocks at two neighboring hotels that share a parking lot for easy shuttle access. More details can be found on our Travel page. Please note: This is a busy weekend in the area due to the PGA Tour Championship at Aronimink Golf Club and a college graduation in Collegeville, so we recommend booking early.

Will there be a welcome gathering?

For guests arriving on Friday but not in the bridal party/immediate family, we’ll be meeting at The Great American Pub in Phoenixville around 7:00 PM. There will be a live band performing and no cover :-) We’d love to see you there if you’re in town! The easiest way to get there from the hotel, if you do not want to deal with driving/ parking, would be to Uber.

Is there an after party?
Answer
Yes! The after party will be at the hotel. We figured this way you can celebrate as long as you’d like… and conveniently exit directly to your room whenever necessary. No Ubers. No logistics. Just vibes.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To keep our wedding intimate and filled with the people we know and love most, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can we golf at the venue?
Answer
If you’d like to golf at La Massaria at Bella Vista, you can try to book a tee time for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in advance. Just keep in mind that the hotel is about 20 minutes from the venue, so please plan accordingly on Saturday. There are also other golf courses in the area if tee times are limited.

What is there to do in the area?

Gilbertsville itself is fairly quiet, but nearby you’ll find: - Valley Forge National Historical Park - Valley Forge Casino - Phoenixville (a very cute downtown with great restaurants and bars) - King of Prussia Mall - Limerick Outlets That said, what we’re most excited about is simply spending the weekend with all of you.

You can find our registry on Zola. Because we recently purchased a new home and are planning our dream honeymoon to Tanzania and Zanzibar for safari and beach, contributions toward our honeymoon are especially meaningful to us. Thank you for celebrating this next chapter with us!
