Our StoryOur Story

Marissa and Rejoy’s story began in Los Angeles in 2020, when they met while Rejoy was working on the James Webb Space Telescope project for NASA in Redondo Beach, California. Their relationship blossomed in the heart of LA, where they shared countless adventures and discovered new places together. A couple of years after the JWST launch, Rejoy’s work took him to the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. Embracing the next chapter of their journey, Marissa made the leap to the East Coast to be by his side. Over the years, their connection deepened—nurtured by shared goals, mutual support, and a passion for exploring the world. That love for travel brought them to the stunning landscapes of Cappadocia, Turkey, where Rejoy proposed to Marissa in November 2023. Now, they look forward to blending their Italian and Indian heritages, and continuing to build a life filled with love, adventure, and discovery. Here are some of their favorite trips!
