For our guests who will be flying in, please know that both O'Hare and Midway airports are viable options, as they are relatively equal in distance from our hotel. (We are partial to O'Hare, but Midway has more Southwest flights!) Once you click on the link below, enter the date of the wedding (6/6/25-6/7/25) and it will load the room block code (LJS) automatically. From there, select your room type. If you would like to call to reserve your room, you can contact the front desk directly at 630-778-9676 and refer to the code (LJS) and you will get the rate for the night of 6/6/25. The block rates can apply to two days prior and two days after the wedding for anyone looking to stay extra days. Anyone looking to book on those dates (6/4/25-6/8/25) must first place a reservation for 6/6/25 within the block and then contact Sydni.Swiderski@ihg.com to have the reservation extended. We have started with a small block of rooms. If you encounter the room block being full, please reach out to Marissa and/or Petra and we will request more rooms in the block! The cut-off date to receive the discounted rate is April 24, 2025. After this date, any unused rooms will be released back into the hotel inventory for them to sell to the general public and the discounted rate is no longer guaranteed. Hotel check in is 3pm and check out is 12pm. Please keep in mind, the hotel is a 30 minute drive from the venue. We will not have hotel shuttles, but Uber and Lyft are both available in the area! Guests are also welcome to leave vehicles at the venue overnight if needed (we want everyone to be safe!), but must be picked up by 10am the following morning. Lastly, please take a look at our schedule page for activities we have planned for the day before and day after our wedding. We will continue updating it with additional details as we have them.
