Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unless already communicated, we ask the wedding to be child-free.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 1:15 but no later than 1:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Woody and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first two rows of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Music and all other activities will come to a conclusion by 9:50pm, to insure everyone leaves and we are able to start picking up by 10:00pm.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear cocktail attire, western twist is an option but would match our “theme”.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, as the reception will be held within the barn.

Will there be beverages available?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available, along with tea and coffee.
