What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm! For guests using the provided transportation from the hotel blocks to the wedding venue: The shuttle will arrive at the Courtyard Hershey at 2:40pm and depart at 2:55pm. The shuttle will then arrive at the SureStay Plus at 3:15pm and depart at 3:30pm. The shuttle will arrive to the wedding venue around 3:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two hotels with room blocks that could be an option for you, especially if you are interested in having transportation to and from the wedding venue (see the "Travel" page). We also highly recommend The Hotel Hershey for anyone wanting to pamper themselves!

Is there parking for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes! There is lots of parking at the wedding venue. There will also be golf carts that can shuttle you from your parking spot for those who may need additional assistance.

I am travelling from out of state - what are the closest airports?

Answer

We are so appreciative for those making the trip from out of state! The Harrisburg International Airport is the closest to the Hershey/Harrisburg area and is about a 15-20 minute drive to the venue and either of the hotel blocks. There is an Enterprise (shoutout Nick ;)) at the airport for renting a car. For larger airports, there is also the Philadelphia International Airport (1 hour 45 minute drive) or the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (1 hour 30 minute drive).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from the hotels to the wedding venue for those that are staying at either of the two hotels with room blocks (see the "Travel" page). The shuttle will arrive at the Courtyard Hershey at 2:40pm and depart at 2:55pm. The shuttle will then arrive at the SureStay Plus at 3:15pm and depart at 3:30pm. The shuttle will arrive to the wedding venue around 3:45pm.

Can I bring a date? And are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we do ask that only those who are listed on the invitation join in the celebration.
