How do I get around?

Cabs from your hotel and Uber is easy peasy! If you like a driver, ask for they're WhatsApp contact and reach out to them personally whenever you need it– chic.

Do I need pesos/cash?

Answer

Yes, we definitely suggest having some cash on hand! You'll typically get the best price with pesos/cash. Exchange rates are often better at banks & currency exchanges than they are in airports. There is a lovely little currency exchange right next to the Marriott Reforma on Copenhague. If you head out the side doors (near the concierge) on the esat side of the building, you'll run right into it.

Everyone in CDMX uses WhatsApp, so we suggest downloading it. It's super convenient to check on reservations you might have, chat with drivers, whatever you need.
