This means that a tuxedo isn’t required but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. He should wear: A tuxedo or a formal dark suit and tie. She should wear: A long dress, a dressy suit, or a formal cocktail-length dress in a dark, neutral tone like brown, gray, or black.

The Peach Barn at TimberMill Acres is a rustic lakeside wedding venue located in Tifton, Georgia. Nestled on beautiful Lake Garvey among South Georgia pines, this scenic venue provides Southern charm and old-world elegance. Located on a family farm and family operated, The Peach Barn provides the perfect setting for a unique, serene and scenic wedding on Lake Garvey. Facilities and Capacity The Peach Barn features over 5,700 square feet of event space in their barn for up to 400 wedding guests with the breathtaking view of a 40-acre lake and pine trees. The all-wood barn features fans, a stunning chandelier, a bar, and two floors of event space with a wrap-around balcony. Its walls are made of vintage doors from a 1920's-era hotel and the ceilings are covered in reclaimed tin, creating a rustic and relaxed atmosphere. Other features of the barn include 14-foot-wide barn doors, a spacious screened-in porch and an upper deck overlooking Lake Garvey. Outdoor ceremonies can be held on an expansive lawn with a backdrop of majestic pines.

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be held at the quaint outdoor Heart Pine Chapel located adjacent to the rustic Peach Barn (where the reception will be held). These two buildings are in very close proximity to each other (minimal walking distance).

Will there be a DJ at the reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be a DJ at the wedding reception. Careful thought and consideration have been put into the music playlist for the evening. All music played will be tasteful and appropriate. The songs played will be favorites of the bride and groom, with the central theme being LOVE. There will be a mixture of Christian, Contemporary Christian, and secular love songs.
