We are striving for a intimate day with our loved ones who have been involved in the growth of our relationship. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and RSVP.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, our wedding day will be an adult-only celebration.

WILL SHUTTLES BE PROVIDED?

Answer

We will have a shuttle bus that holds 47 passengers for wedding day. If you are not drinking or can ride with someone - we kindly ask that you drive and carpool. Pickup Location: Ogden Valley Branch – Weber County Library 131 S 7400 E, Huntsville, UT 84317 Shuttle arrives at 3:00 PM and departs at 3:30 PM (sharp). *Guests may leave their cars in the unmarked parking spots lot for the evening. Return Shuttle Times (Back to Library): 9:30 PM | 10:15 PM | 11:00 PM (Party ends at 11 PM, so we recommend a later shuttle 😉) Driving Option: You may also drive to Snowbasin (Earl’s Lodge). Overnight parking is allowed, but cars must be picked up by 9:00 AM on September 19th. Rideshare: If using Uber/Lyft, please schedule in advance—availability is very limited after the event and might not be any available at all.

AIRPORTS NEARBY?

✈️ Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) The largest and most convenient airport with the most flight options. 📍 About 45–50 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. Best choice for most guests, with easy rental cars and rideshare availability. ✈️ Ogden‑Hinckley Airport (OGD) Serviced by Breeze Airways with limited routes. Currently offers direct flights from Santa Ana (SNA), typically operating Thursdays and Sundays (times can vary by season — please check Breeze for the latest schedule). 📍 About 25–30 minutes from Snowbasin — closest option! ✈️ Provo Airport (PVU) A smaller airport with select routes and connections (often via major western hubs). 📍 About 1 hour 45 minutes from Snowbasin. A good alternative if you find a convenient connection or fare.

September weather in the mountains can be variable. Please keep on eye on the weather and pack a jacket as temps usually range from 70s°F during day and 40s-50s°F at night.
