Our Welcome Event is outdoors on the Terrace at Geneva On The Lake. The Ceremony will be held outdoors in the Garden at Geneva On The Lake. Please note this is grass, so choose your shoe options accordingly. Cocktail Hour is outdoors on the Terrace. Reception is outdoors, however tented.
Yes! We’ve arranged complimentary transportation for our guests! A private driver will be available to take you to and from Geneva On The Lake between 6:30 PM – 11:00 PM for our Welcome Event. To schedule a ride, please call or text Jeanine at (315) 719-3990. The vehicle is a white SUV with “FLX CHAUFFEUR” decals and can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time. If you prefer, you are also welcome to drive yourself—free parking is available onsite—or use Uber.
We are requesting cocktail attire. If you're looking for some inspiration, see below! Women: Cocktail dresses, skirts and blouses, or jumpsuits. Men: Dress shirts or polos with slacks or chinos, blazers or suits, tie or no tie.
We've arranged for good, old-fashioned school buses to shuttle guests to the venue and back to Downtown Geneva following the reception. No permission slips required -- think of this as your most fun field trip ever! One shuttle will arrive at 41 Lakefront Hotel at 3:00PM and will depart at 3:15PM. We recommend the guests staying at 41 Lakefront and the Hampton Inn take this shuttle. It is roughly a 5 minute walk from Hampton Inn to the 41 Lakefront Hotel. The second shuttle will arrive at the Fairfield Inn at 3:00PM and will depart at 3:15PM. We recommend the guests staying at the Fairfield Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Microtel Inn and Suites take this shuttle. It is roughly a 10 minute walk from the Holiday Inn Express and Microtel Inn and Suites to the Fairfield Inn. Shuttles will drop guests off directly at the venue entrance. Return service will begin when the reception ends at 10:30PM. There will be two shuttles departing from the venue dropping guests off at the Fairfield Inn, 41 Lakefront, Hampton Inn, and to Downtown Geneva for our after party. We will be sending out automated texts with updates on transportation. You are also welcome to drive and park directly at the venue.
Please arrive to Geneva on the Lake by 3:30PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting a formal dress code for the wedding. If you're looking for some inspiration, see below! Women: Floor-length, maxi or midi dresses. Men: Suits or blazer with tie or no tie.
