For your comfort & convenience we have made the following hotel arrangements. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special rate for our wedding. The instructions below will explain: - How to secure the 2 day room block (for April 11th & 12th) - Additional instructions if you wish to book additional days before or after the block 1) The 2 day room block is valid for Thursday, April 11 & Friday, April 12. To secure the room block rate, both nights must be booked. The cost per night for the 11th & 12th is $349/night. Resort fees are waived as well. The hotel is undergoing renovations and expects rates to nearly double come April, so we advise to book the block ASAP. 2) If you are considering extending your stay outside of room block dates, DO NOT BOOK THOSE DATES ONLINE and continue reading. If you would like to extend your stay BEFORE the 11th, the hotel will extend your stay at $289/night with resort fees waived for those nights. If you wish to extend your stay AFTER the 12th, the hotel will do so at $349/night with resort fees waived. How to Book the Block Online: 1. Click the button "view" below 2. Add rooms for April 11 & 12 to cart 3. In the "add special rates/codes" section during checkout, add the discount code "CHW" under Group Code 4. If you wish to add additional nights, refer to instructions below in #4 4. To extend your stay and ensure you secure the lowest rate possible, you must email "rebecca.ellis@thehotelzamora.com" Explain that you are part of the Huertas-Crespo wedding & would like to book additional days outside of the block at the aforementioned reduced rates. In the email send your name, phone number, and which days you are staying at the hotel. This is the only way to ensure there are no errors with your reservation.
